Mission 2.2.4.2 To perform 4 pilot performance audits on EU Funds, ICT, public procurement and progress in implementing public internal financial control

The Bulgarian and Macedonian auditors are actively working on the pilot performance audit “Realization of the higher education graduates on the labour market in the Republic of North Macedonia". The audited areas are: the strategic documents and normative acts, as well as the extent to which they contribute to the realization of graduates; the activities in the field through accreditation and evaluation of higher education institutions; the system for determining the total number of students enrolled in the first cycle degree programmes; the mechanism for financing and the set up information systems; the activities for promoting the employment of graduates, by analyzing the needs of employers, and mechanisms for assessing the impact of the measures and services for promoting the unemployed persons with high education.
