Mission 1.4.1 - To plan and implement two regularity audits

The auditors conduct two regularity audits - audit of the Ministry of Transport and Communications for 2018 and audit of the Insurance Supervision Agency for 2018, as a pilot audits within the Twinning project. The latest changes in the ISSAIs were applied to this audits.

The report structure was modified according to the ISSAI changes. The new report will contain opinion on financial statements, opinion on compliance with laws and regulations, basis for expressing an opinion, key questions, focal points, and other issues.
